Job Title: Product Manager - Affluent Segment   Grade: Manager / Senior Manager  Brief Background of the Job	:  Launch and manage a competitive Affluent Credit Card product suite. The role will require driving and managing the entire product lifecycle.  Role and Responsibilities:  The candidate will be expected to:  - Manage the product life-cycle and the P&L account of the product  - Designing and running promotions and campaigns to enable and support the acquisition efforts of the sales channel.  - Liaise and work closely with various cross-functional teams within the bank like Operations, IT, Credit & Policy, BIU and Marketing.  - Carry out product training and roll out support across the customer service and sales channels.  - Designing, creating and reviewing all product & customer facing collaterals including plastics, website, welcome kits, statements, sales collaterals etc.  - Responsible for driving key portfolio metrics for the product like - Early activation, spends, usage, retention etc.  - Partner management - manage the account/relationship with co-brand, network & alliance partners.  Reporting Authority: Affluent Product Manager  Location: Mumbai  Candidate requirements:  - Product Management experience  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)   - Excellent teamwork skills   - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority   Relevant Work Experience: 2-3 Years, Only regular MBA ( with Tier 1 institutes)  Megha
