Must Have Skills: - SQL - Product Management - Critical Thinking And Analytical Skills - Communication skills - Leadership Qualifying Criteria: Relevant experience: - Product company experience - Exceptional communication skills - Remarks From Company - Has 3-4 years of experience in the development of user-facing products Job Description: As a Product Manager - Discovery, you would be responsible to: - Build an ecosystem of products and features that assist a pet parent to discover products across all pet categories including food, toys, accessories, etc. You would be responsible for building new product features for Search, Recommendations and Personalization. - Collaborate with founders, multiple stakeholders and teams to build a smart Recommendation Engine to impact various business metrics like conversion, average order value, repeat rate, etc. - Improve the overall product experience in different stages of the customer journey from acquisition to retention. - Strategize and build an overall product strategy to support the growth of the company.
