THE ROLE:

You will own one or more product areas end-to-end, discovery to delivery to iteration. Working at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. When something ships, it has your name on it. When something breaks, you are already fixing it.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Strategy & Roadmap:

- Own the product vision and roadmap for your area: written down, defended clearly, and updated when the world changes.

- Generate, research, and prioritise new product ideas based on user research, competitive landscape, and business impact not just stakeholder requests.

- Make prioritisation calls under uncertainty. Know when to ship, when to wait, and when to cut scope.

- Communicate roadmap and trade-offs with senior leadership and cross-functional teams without sugarcoating.

Discovery & User Obsession:

- Spend real time with users through research sessions, on-site visits, support tickets, and behavioural data. Build intuition that goes beyond dashboards.

- Run structured usability studies and synthesise findings into actionable product decisions and not just slide decks that collect dust.

- Translate messy stakeholder needs into crisp, opinionated problem statements before jumping to solutions.

Execution & Delivery:

- Write PRDs that give engineers clarity and give design the right problem and not a solution in disguise.

- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, QA, Design, Data, and Content teams throughout the build cycle and not just at kick-off and demo.

- Unblock your team proactively. If a sprint is stuck, you know why before standup.

- Manage release plans with discipline: timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations handled, not hoped for.

Data & Measurement:

- Define success metrics before a feature ships. Own the north star and the leading indicators beneath it.

- Be hands-on with analytics and pull data, interrogate it, build the narrative from it. SQL is a plus; intellectual curiosity about numbers is non-negotiable.

- Run experiments where the answer is genuinely unknown. Kill what does not work. Double down on what does.

AI Adoption & Innovation:

- You actively use AI tools in your own workflow for research, synthesis, prototyping, and writing and you bring that fluency into how the product is built.

- Spot where AI/ML can meaningfully improve user experience or operational efficiency on the platform and work with engineering to scope and ship those bets.

- Stay genuinely curious: new models, new tools, emerging use cases. You bring those possibilities into product conversations, not the other way around.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must-Haves:

- 2 to 6 years of product management experience, with at least one full build-measure-learn cycle you can walk us through in depth.

- Strong problem decomposition, you can take an ambiguous brief and structure it into a clean problem statement before writing a single user story.

- Demonstrated ownership: you do not wait for permission to move, and you do not disappear when things get hard.

- Comfortable with data and analytics tools; you know how to define a metric, find it, and argue with it when it tells you something unexpected.

- Clear, direct communication especially when simplifying complex trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders or senior leadership.

Strong Signals We Want to See:

- You have shipped something that measurably changed a user behaviour or business metric and you can tell that story with specifics, not generalities.

- You use AI tools regularly: LLMs, copilots, or otherwise and get excited when new ones launch.

- Experience with consumer internet, marketplace, media, or automotive products is a meaningful plus.

- You have worked in a fast-moving, resource-constrained team and made something from almost nothing.

- You have navigated a messy stakeholder environment with competing priorities, strong opinions and shipped anyway.

This Role Is Probably Not for You If:

- You need a fully defined brief before you can start thinking.

- You treat a Jira board as a substitute for product judgment.

- You have not tried AI tools or think the hype will pass.

- You see the PM role as coordination, not accountability.

- You prefer influence without ownership.

WHO YOU ARE:

- DISPOSITION: Owner, not renter

- OPERATING MODE: Lead + play

- ON AI: Early adopter

- WITH AMBIGUITY: Energised, not frozen

- DEFAULT GEAR: Bias for action

- COMMUNICATION: Direct and kind

WHAT YOU GET:

- Real ownership of product areas from day one and not after months of observation

- A high-trust, cross-functional team that moves fast and argues well

- Active investment in AI-native product experiments, you will build at the frontier

- Exposure to one of India's most-visited automotive platforms and its complex data challenges

- Competitive compensation with performance upside tied to what you actually ship

- Learning budget and tool access, we invest in people who invest in themselves
