Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between customer needs, business objectives, and technical execution. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating complex market insights into actionable roadmaps that drive measurable growth. Working in a high-velocity environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, design, and data teams to ship features that solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap by aligning technical development with long-term business strategy to ensure market competitiveness.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications to guide engineering teams through the SDLC.
- Conduct rigorous market research and data analysis to identify user pain points and uncover new opportunities for product innovation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent updates on product progress, trade-offs, and performance metrics.
- Oversee the end-to-end product design process, from initial wireframing to final UX validation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Lead the Go-to-Market strategy for new feature launches, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to maximize adoption and user engagement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile rituals to maintain team velocity and ensure high-quality, iterative delivery of product increments.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization and wireframing to post-launch optimization and iteration.
- Proven ability to leverage data analytics and user feedback to inform product strategy and prioritize the backlog effectively.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align diverse perspectives toward a common goal.
- Strong technical fluency to communicate effectively with engineering teams regarding SDLC processes, architecture, and technical constraints.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a track record of driving efficiency and maintaining high standards in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for articulating complex product visions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field from a premier institute is preferred, reflecting a strong analytical foundation.
- High adaptability to hybrid or on-site work environments in Metro cities, with the ability to manage complex projects independently while fostering team collaboration.
