Product Manager

MBA/CFA/CA must

- Demonstrated expertise in global investing - across asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives), geographies, and investment vehicles (mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, private equity / credit, structured products)

- Strong working knowledge of the Indian regulatory framework for outbound investments - RBILRS, FEMA, IFSCA, SEBI overseas investment guidelines - and familiarity with associated tax treatment for resident Indians and NRIs

- Hands-on experience in product management, manager research, fund due diligence, or investment specialist roles covering international markets

- Established network with global asset managers, IFSC / GIFT City entities, and feeder fund partners is a strong advantage

- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to dissect fund performance, attribution, and risk metrics from first principles rather than relying solely on aggregator data

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate sophisticated global investment concepts into crisp, advisor-ready and client-ready material

- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across CIO office, Sales, Compliance, Operations and external partners

- High degree of intellectual rigour, attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-evolving regulatory and product landscape
