About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of Customer 360 and Global Customer Systems (GCS) platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable customer-centric solutions, improve system capabilities, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms.

This role requires strong product thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and manage the product roadmap for Customer 360 / GCS platforms aligned with business goals.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from business stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver high-impact product features.

- Monitor product performance using data analysis and insights to drive continuous improvements.

- Work closely with support and operations teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and system stability.

- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across business, technology, and operations teams.

- Drive product adoption and ensure the platform effectively supports customer lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar roles.

- Exposure to Customer 360, CRM systems, or enterprise customer platforms.

- Basic understanding of SQL, data analysis, or data-driven product decision making.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work in cross-functional environments with engineering, data, and business teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working with Global Customer Systems (GCS) or similar enterprise customer platforms.

- Understanding of customer data platforms, CRM ecosystems, or large-scale enterprise systems.

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office / Hybrid depending on company policy)
