Description:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Identify opportunities through user insights, data patterns, and market understanding.
- Translate business and merchant problems into clear product direction.
Problem Discovery & Requirements:
- Break complex operational problems into structured solutions.
- Write crisp PRDs, flows, and specs that engineering and design can execute on smoothly.
Execution & Delivery:
- Ensure clarity on edge cases, dependencies, and system behavior.
- Own sprint planning, prioritization, backlog quality, and delivery timelines.
Technical Depth:
- Work closely with engineering to navigate technical trade-offs.
- Make decisions with awareness of performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ability to read API docs, discuss data models, and handle cross-system logic is a plus.
Product Quality & Scale:
- Partner with QA for use-case coverage and edge-case handling.
- Monitor performance, adoption, and merchant feedback to drive constant iteration.
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Conduct training, product walkthroughs, and internal evangelism.
- Present roadmaps and product insights to leadership.
Must-Have:
- Experience shipping end-to-end product features not just owning documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, funnels, metrics.
- Excellent problem solving, structured thinking, and ability to break down complexity.
- Technical curiosity you understand APIs, workflows, data flows, system behavior.
- Ability to drive execution independently in a high-speed environment.
Good-to-Have:
- Exposure to enterprise-grade product deployments.
- Understanding of restaurant operations or retail tech.
