Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Work Week: Monday to Friday - Work From Office

Work Timing: 10 am-7pm

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong foundation in software product development, a deep understanding of complex software platforms, and proven leadership experience.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software product development, and should have managed high-performing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and lead the entire software product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, design, development, deployment, and ongoing iteration.

- Develop a deep, end-to-end understanding of the software platform, including architecture, integrations, and feature functionalities. You should be able to fully articulate how each component works and how it delivers value to customers.

- Define clear product strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs, particularly in the context of BMS and smart building solutions.

- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and systems integration teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions on time and within scope.

- Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers and technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

- Establish and enforce best practices in software product development, ensuring high quality, security, and performance standards.

- Analyze customer feedback, data insights, and emerging technology trends (e.g., IoT, AI-driven analytics) to drive continuous product improvements and new feature development.

- Act as the primary internal and external evangelist for the product, bridging technical and business discussions seamlessly.
