Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead user experience, retention, and engagement initiatives for a high-growth consumer streaming platform. This role involves owning the product roadmap, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring seamless, intuitive user experiences across the app.
What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from market research and ideation to design, execution, and launch.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on user insights and business needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Drive user-centric design by working with UX/UI teams to enhance usability and in-app journeys.
- Gather user feedback, analyze behavioral data, and iterate to improve engagement and retention.
- Partner with Marketing to support go-to-market plans for new features and product releases.
- Stay updated on OTT/streaming trends to maintain a strong competitive edge.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2C or consumer internet products.
- Experience in OTT / streaming / content-led platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-moving environments.
