Description:
- KOL Management: Develop and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and
high-prescribing Dermatologists. Drive scientific advocacy and integrate KOL insights into
brand strategy.
- Medical Communication: Develop scientifically rigorous and regulatory-compliant
promotional materials (Visual Aids, LBLs, Samples) targeted at Dermatologists, ensuring
alignment with global guidelines.
- Digital Shelf Excellence: Own the brand's presence and visibility on key E-commerce
platforms (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa, leading Pharmacy apps). Ensure impeccable product
content, listings (A+ content) and search optimization (SEO/ASO).
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Develop and own the annual brand plan, including sales
forecasts, marketing budgets (A&P), strategic priorities, and new product launch roadmaps.
- Budget Management: Effectively allocate and monitor the marketing budget across
scientific, digital, and trade channels to maximize brand growth and profitability.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging is
delivered in the field.
- Develop and lead product training sessions and promotional campaigns for the sales force.
