
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Lead digital initiatives end-to-end, from ideation, planning, and development to execution, rollout, and adoption.
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics to align with business goals.
- Own key business metrics (KPIs) and ensure delivery through direct ownership and vendor-led engagements.
Execution & Delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, technology, vendors, QA, operations) to execute product initiatives.
- Manage full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, solutioning, development, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Ensure high-quality execution of digitization and process improvement projects.
Stakeholder & Business Collaboration
- Partner with business teams to understand user requirements, operational workflows, and data challenges.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and functional specifications.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and value delivered to leadership and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices in process excellence and product management.
- Conduct regular reviews and collect feedback to refine product features and adoption.
Technical & Functional Requirements
- Strong technology inclination with experience in business applications such as ELN (Electronic Lab Notebooks), Empower, or similar platforms.
- Proven hands-on experience in designing, solutioning, and executing digitization projects/products.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile frameworks, etc.
- Proficiency in tools for product management and collaboration: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Miro, or similar.
- Good understanding of data workflows, reporting tools, and integration of business applications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst + Product Manager hybrid role, preferably in digital transformation, life sciences, or enterprise product domains.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to balance business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility
