Product Head/Product Manager -.
Product portfolio management:
- Develop Products plans and targets in line with company's business plans.
- Mapping Competition / Markets trends / Channels to constantly evolve the Product Strategy of the range of Product Business.
- Drive the entire Product Life cycle management from New Product Development to go to market Strategy.
- Demand Planning & Forecasting for Symmetry category across all Sales Verticals.
- Inventory Management of the Category to meet the desired stock turns.
- Develop and implement sales strategy in line with Company objectives via the successful management of an existing account portfolio and the identification of new business / distribution opportunities in order to deliver company objectives and maximize sales performance in line with set targets.
- Delivery of budgeted gross margin targets by category.
- Develop and implement plans to support all product ranges in the account portfolio.
- Develop and implement plans to support new product development initiatives in the account portfolio.
- Gather and use market Intelligence (local regulations, duty structures, foreign exchange dynamics, regional economic communities, market dynamics price, competition products/ network, economy, etc.
Required Skills:
- 7 plus years experience in product management.
- Data collection and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret consumer data.
- Logical and strategic thinking with good communication skills.
- Experience of wholesale and retail store management.
- Good financial understanding.
- Experience within Building Material Industry.
