Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Documentation

- Engage directly with customers, including in-person discussions, to understand and map current business processes ("as-is") with clarity and depth.

Solution Design & Value Articulation

- Collaborate with internal AI/Tech SMEs to define how AI and emerging technologies can automate and enhance these processes.

- Translate insights into compelling solution blueprints, pitch decks, and presentations.

Product Roadmap & Execution Planning

- Define the product delivery plan with clear milestones, timelines, and measurable business impact.

- Ensure timely alignment across business and engineering.

Delivery Ownership

- Work with engineering teams to ship high-quality products on schedule.

- Maintain clarity on feature scope, priorities, and dependencies.

Adoption & Change Management

- Partner with the customer to drive product adoption, usage, and feedback cycles.

- Lead change management initiatives and ensure the solution delivers value post-deployment.

Solution Evangelism

- Present and demo solutions to potential customers and stakeholders; support the GTM team in scaling impact.

What You Bring

- A strong technical background (ex: software engineering, AI, data science) with a deep appreciation of how technology solves real-world problems.

- The ability to simplify complex business problems and architect pragmatic, technology-driven solutions.

- Proficiency in using AI tools to boost personal productivity (e.,creating documents, slide decks, prototyping demo apps).

- A curiosity-driven mindset with an eye on emerging tech trends and a bias to challenge the status quo.

- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for execution-nothing slips through the cracks.

- Prior experience in consulting (Tier-1 firms preferred) or product-led transformation roles is highly desirable.

- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and direct iteration with users.

- Ability to collaborate efficiently in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.

- Ability and interest to travel up to 25%, as needed to client sites, but flexible based on personal preferences
