Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Innovation: Formulate and execute product and therapy promotion strategies, including budget management and communication strategies.
- Explore and identify potential new market segments and frontiers.
- Cross-functional Liaison: Act as the key liaison with the production and supply chain departments to ensure the availability of stocks in line with billing plans.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
- Customer & Market Interaction: Conduct direct interactions and negotiations with key customers through regular visits.
- Develop and manage key customer relationships through effective CRM activities.
- Sales Enablement: Conduct training for the sales force to ensure effective implementation of promotional strategies, including understanding and communicating product USPs (Unique Selling Propositions).
- Program Oversight: Travel to various locations to oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional programs, ensuring they are executed as planned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ yrs of experience in product management, brand management, or a related role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to formulate and execute product promotion and marketing strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to track performance, manage budgets, and identify market trends.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Experience collaborating with a diverse range of teams, including sales, marketing, production, and supply chain.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, or a related field
