Product Manager

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a smart, hands-on Product Manager with a track record of delivering impact in fast-paced startups or product-based companies. This role demands strong ownership, sharp thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into scalable features.

Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and refine the product vision, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.

- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term priorities.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product features.

- User Research & Feedback: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and improve the product.

- Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities and threats.

- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.

- Sprint Planning & Agile Execution: Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, often working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product through all phases - from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.

- KPIs & Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key product metrics to evaluate performance and guide decisions.

- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate on launch planning, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and customer onboarding.

Requirements

- 4-6 years of product management experience in high-growth startups or well-known product companies.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to ship consumer-facing products end-to-end.

- Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel/GA, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

- Background in consumer tech, gaming, OTT, or mobile apps is a plus.
