What you will bring

We're looking for a curious, organized, and analytical thinker who is eager to learn and grow in product management while contributing to AI-driven revenue management solutions.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

- 1+ years of healthcare, revenue management, or analytics experience (internships or coursework accepted).

- Exposure to software development, analytics, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS products is a plus.

Product & Analytical Skills

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and break them into actionable insights.

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

- At least 1 year hands-on work with agile product management concepts, user stories, and backlog management.

- Experience working with large data sets, reporting, or AI-driven insights.

- Ability to gather requirements, conduct market research, and analyze trends to support product development.

Collaboration & Communication

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

- Comfortable presenting findings and assisting in product roadmap discussions.

Organizational & Execution Skills

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Comfortable using Excel, analytics tools, and product management platforms (e., JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools).
