We're building a high-utility, consumer-first mobile app that brings together consultations, content, and commerce into a single destination. We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Manager to lead the end-to-end app experience - from crafting seamless user journeys and launching features, to driving in-app monetization and managing cross-functional execution. This role is ideal for someone who can prioritize like a founder, execute like a builder, and think like a customer. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product roadmap - balancing business goals with user needs. - Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ship new features, optimize funnels, and improve app performance. - Drive simplification of user journeys, intuitive navigation, and seamless integration across multiple product experiences within the app. - Build and manage in-app monetization flows - including paywalls, upsells, subscriptions, and micro-purchases. - Work closely with growth and content teams to enhance in-app engagement, personalization, and lifecycle journeys. - Define success metrics, build dashboards, and use data to drive product decisions. - Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and releases with a focus on speed, quality, and stability. What We're Looking For: - 4-8 years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2C mobile apps (experience in D2C, wellness, edtech, fintech, or marketplaces is preferred). - Proven track record in building and scaling multi-feature apps - especially those that combine transactional and content elements. - Deep understanding of UX principles, behavioral user flows, and strategies for building habit forming consumer apps. - Strong collaboration skills with designers and engineers - from whiteboard ideation to production deployment. - Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Comfort with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Firebase, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
