Product Management Role - SME - Record To Report

Description: Hiring: Product Management SME Record to Report (R2R).

Experience: 13 - 18 Years.

Location: Bangalore | Pune | Kolkata | DelhiNCR.

Were looking for a Product Management / Product Owner professional with strong experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), Finance Transformation, and AI-led automation.

The role drives end-to-end product strategy, design, and implementation across R2R processes from Journal Entries to Reconciliations and Fixed Assets leveraging emerging technologies and modern ERP platforms.

What Youll Do:

- Lead solution design, presales, and product development initiatives.

- Implement automation using AI, RPA, and workflow orchestration tools.

- Collaborate with Finance, IT & leadership teams for seamless rollouts.

- Drive user acceptance testing, compliance alignment, and KPI tracking.

What Were Looking For:

- Strong hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, BlackLine).

- Exposure to HighRadius or similar finance automation tools.

- Proven expertise in Finance Transformation and Product Management / Presales.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
