The key strategic objectives for this role include: 1. Develop the vision for donating to our customers' chosen cause with every transaction on the app and website 2. Develop the execution strategy, success metrics and go to market plan 3. Work closely with CX design to build and test prototypes and recommend a minimum lovable product for launch 4. Execute the vision through development of features and capabilities working with several worldwide engineering and operations teams 5. Conduct usability tests with customers; present program reviews to executive stakeholders, including findings from customer engagement metrics, internal and external research. BASIC QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Math or Engineering - 7+ years of product leadership experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - 3+ years of consumer product launch experience, including go-to-market launch management, acquisition, engagement, product marketing, or partner marketing - 3+ years of tech / analytics experience, including software product development, ML modeling, and data science - Excellent communications skills (written and oral) to drive recommendations, articulate trade-offs, and communicate plans to senior executives - Knowledge of SQL - Ability to juggle a range of projects across teams, balancing quality and speed - Ability to work across channels to set up and report on KPIs
