Product Management Lead - FinTech

We're working with a fast-scaling fintech company to find a Product Management Lead - someone who can turn vision into reality and lead the charge on building world-class digital products.

This role is perfect for someone who blends strategic thinking with executional excellence, thrives in dynamic environments, and knows how to lead high-impact product teams.

Please note this needs someone with 10+ years of functional product management experience and must have led a fintech product for atleast 4+ years.

What the role looks like:

- Shape the overall product direction and strategy

- Own the full product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery

- Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to bring ideas to life

- Use data, insights, and feedback to make smart product decisions

- Balance long-term vision with short-term execution

- Build and coach a strong, motivated product team

You should have:

- 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years leading teams

- A history of building and scaling SaaS or digital products successfully

- A sharp product mind with the ability to prioritize what really moves the needle

- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Educational background in engineering, and MBA is a plus
