About client:  Our client is developing a rich portfolio of products that aim to transform the multibillion dollar NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE MARKET. It is founded by industry vetarans and backed by renowned VCs.  Job Location: Bangalore  Experience: 8 yrs - 15 Yrs  Role: Product Management  Details:  - This is a highly influential position since the person will help define Client's product offerings. In addition to your own in depth knowledge and experience, you will rely on interactions with target customers to understand their requirements and needs, work with the engineering team to develop the right products, and collaborate with sales & marketing to bring those features successfully to market. Client is looking for highly motivated professional with a proven track record of successfully defining and marketing innovative networking products. The person has to be a self starter and be able to work in a fast paced environment.  Responsibilities:  - Customer engagement and relationship development for gathering requirements for the products and evangelizing them  - Develop a deep technical understanding of existing customers' environments  - Gather customer feedback to understand key issues, needs and trends in the customer base  - Conduct technical analysis to get a broader sense of the market and competitive product use, and leverage that to define product roadmap  - Define technical market and product requirements based on customer needs, competition and overall market analysis  - Ability to work effectively with all areas of the organization, from engineering to sales  - Assist in decisions relating to feature prioritization and tradeoffs  - Effectively position the products within the marketplace  - Build market and industry knowledge about the market space. Develop awareness of competitor and partner initiatives, analyze their strategies and monitor and understand their actions  - Produce specific sales collateral, train internal and external teams for effective selling  Qualifications / Requirements:  - BS/MS in EE/CS with directly related technical experience in one or more layers (Layer3 through Layer7) of the networking stack.
