Product Lifecycle Manager

Description:

- The Product Lifecycle Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products from concept and design through development, production, and end-of-life management. The role focuses on optimizing product performance, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and driving cross-functional collaboration to maximize profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept, development, launch, and sustainment to end-of-life.

- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product execution.

- Define and track product performance KPIs, cost targets, and quality metrics throughout the lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with global quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Support product portfolio management, technology upgrades, and obsolescence planning.

- Lead cross-functional meetings and reviews to resolve lifecycle issues, mitigate risks, and optimize timelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

- 8-15+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, NPI, or manufacturing program management.
