Product Leader - Supply Chain

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Leader who will own the entire supply chain technology stack - the systems that power inventory, procurement, warehouse operations, and last mile execution.

This is not a consumer app product role.This is about building the operating backbone of the business.

If you enjoy turning chaos into systems, messy data into dashboards, and operational pain into scalable workflows - this role is for you.

What You Will Own

You will drive end-to-end product ownership across:

1. Supply Chain Tech Stack

- Internal systems powering procurement, inventory, warehouse and last mile

- Integration between ERP, WMS, vendor systems and ops tools

- Scalable architecture for multi-city expansion

2. Inventory Planning Logic (Fresh + Grocery)

- Demand forecasting inputs

- Replenishment logic

- Fill rate optimisation

- Wastage and shrinkage reduction

- Perishables lifecycle management (expiry, batch control)

3. Vendor & Procurement Systems

- Vendor onboarding workflows

- Procurement automation

- Purchase order lifecycle

- Vendor performance tracking

4. Warehouse Tech

- Batch tracking & expiry management

- Shrinkage detection systems

- Inward-outward flow tracking

- Inventory accuracy systems

- Returns and reverse logistics workflows

5. Demand-Supply Balancing

- City-level and warehouse-level inventory balancing

- Smart allocation across dark stores / hubs

6. Last Mile Integration

- Integration with delivery partners

- Order routing logic

- Exception management systems

7. Ops Dashboards & Analytics

- Real-time ops dashboards

- Fill rate / wastage / shrinkage metrics

- City performance reporting

- SQL-driven insights for decision-making

Ideal Background:

- Built internal ops tools, not just customer-facing features

- Comfortable dealing with messy, incomplete, real-world data

- Strong SQL + analytics mindset

- Deep understanding of:

- Fill rate

- Wastage

- Has worked closely with city ops / warehouse teams

- Can convert operational chaos into structured systems

- Thinks in processes, not patches

- Obsessed with unit economics
