Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Leader with strong experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, or loyalty/rewards platforms, who understands how incentives influence user behavior and spending decisions.
This role is ideal for candidates who have built:
- Rewards-led products
- Loyalty or cashback platforms
- Multi-brand marketplaces
- Incentive-driven user funnels
- User empathy and behavioral thinking are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product strategy for rewards and commerce experiences
- Design user journeys where incentives drive real transactions
- Build and optimize multi-brand catalogs and redemption flows
- Partner closely with design to deliver intuitive, trust-focused UX
- Convert ambiguous problems into product hypotheses and experiments
- Work with engineering to ship scalable consumer-facing systems
- Analyze funnel performance, drop-offs, and conversion metrics
- Drive repeat usage and redemption behavior
- Own PnL for the product line
- Act as the internal voice of the user, constantly improving trust and motivation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Leader
- Strong background in consumer-facing digital or e-commerce products
- Experience with loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or incentive systems
- Exposure to multi-brand catalogs or partner ecosystems
- Strong UX sense and user psychology understanding
- Ability to think in funnels, incentives, and economic loops
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, tech, and business teams
- Excellent communication and structured problem-solving skills
