
- We're seeking a battle-tested Product Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our flagship features - from 0-to-1 (ideation, MVP build, and launch) to hyper-scale (user acquisition, retention, and optimization at 10x growth).
- Reporting to the CTO/Co-founder, you'll lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and analysts, driving product strategy that powers our dominance in quick commerce.
- This is a high-impact role for someone who has shipped products in chaotic startup environments and knows how to pivot fast while chasing PMF.
Key Responsibilities :
- 0-to-1 Ownership: Lead discovery and validation of new product initiatives, conduct user interviews, define problem spaces, prioritize hypotheses, and ship MVPs in weeks, not months.
- Focus on core quick commerce flows like hyperlocal inventory, lightning checkout, and vendor onboarding.
- Scale-Up Mastery: Post-launch, optimize for growth, analyze funnels, A/B test ruthlessly
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering for seamless builds, go-to-market teams for launches, and ops for supply chain integration. Mentor junior PMs and foster a data first culture.
- Metrics & Iteration: Own product KPIs via tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel; run weekly experiments to achieve product-led growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in product management, with 2+ years in 0-to-1 builds at startups (quick commerce, D2C)
- Proven scale-up track record: Launched features hitting 1M+ users and delivered 2x+ growth.
- Founder mindset: Scrappy, user-obsessed, and thrives in ambiguity, no corporate PMs.
