Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end UX transformation of the flagship wealth management app.

- Define and execute the digital product vision, transforming the app from a transactional platform to a holistic wealth ecosystem.

- Collaborate with design, engineering, and business leadership to conceptualize and deliver seamless, elegant, and intuitive digital experiences.

- Champion a design-first, user-centered product culture within the organization.

- Deeply understand the affluent customer psyche and design journeys that align with their financial aspirations and lifestyle expectations.

- Drive cross-functional execution ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and visually premium product experiences.

- Define and track experience KPIs such as engagement, retention, NPS, and customer satisfaction.

- Benchmark against leading fintech and consumer tech experiences to ensure continuous innovation.

What You Bring:

- 710 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on UX or digital transformation.

- Prior experience in fintech or design-led consumer tech organizations (e.

- , Swiggy, Groww, CRED, Zomato, etc.

- Proven success in leading large-scale UX revamps or digital product transformations.

- Deep understanding of affluent customer behavior, digital touchpoints, and personalization strategies.

- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams especially design, tech, and marketing.

- Strategic thinker with a keen design sensibility and high attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in wealth management, trading, or investment product design.

- Familiarity with user research methodologies, design systems, and customer journey mapping.

- Exposure to A/B testing, user analytics, and funnel optimization tools.
