Product Lead - Trinity Platform

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Lead to take ownership of the Trinity platform, driving product vision, roadmap, and execution.

As the Product Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, sales, and client success-to deliver innovative, scalable, and user-centric technology solutions.

You will be responsible for aligning product strategy with business goals and customer needs while owning the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product roadmap and strategy for the Trinity platform

- Gather and prioritize product requirements through client feedback, market research, and internal stakeholders

- Translate complex user and business needs into actionable product features and specifications

- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to release, working closely with engineering and design teams

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements, while managing scope and timelines

- Serve as the voice of the product internally and externally, providing product demos and supporting go-to-market efforts

- Track product performance using KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvement

- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across product and technology teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

- 8-12 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in a product leadership role

- Proven experience in building and scaling enterprise or SaaS platforms (experience with Trinity platform preferred but not mandatory)

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and user experience principles

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track product metrics

- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in enterprise technology or B2B software platforms

- Experience working with distributed global teams

- Technical background or hands-on familiarity with APIs, architecture, or system design
