Product Lead - SaaS

About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Trinity, a high-impact product platform.

- The role requires strong ownership across the product lifecycle, close collaboration with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.

- As Product Lead, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring Trinity delivers measurable business and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Trinity - discovery, roadmap, delivery, and optimization.

- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.

- Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple workstreams.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, data, sales, and marketing teams.

- Translate customer needs, market insights, and business requirements into detailed product requirements (PRDs, user stories).

- Drive data-informed decision making using product metrics, user feedback, and experimentation.

- Ensure timely delivery with high quality by managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.

- Act as the primary product evangelist for Trinity across internal and external stakeholders.

- Mentor and guide product managers and cross-functional team members (if applicable).

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2-3 years in a Product Lead / Senior PM role.

- Proven experience owning and scaling B2B/B2C digital products (SaaS experience preferred).

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex products.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and insights.

Good to Have:

- Experience with platform or ecosystem products.

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven products or data-heavy platforms.

- Prior experience leading multi-product or modular product suites.

- MBA or equivalent business background.
