This role is with a SaaS product company focused on making test automation faster and easier for QA teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in Enterprise/B2B SaaS companies.
- 4+ years of experience in Development, QA, Testing, or Test Automation.
- Knowledge of User Story Mapping or similar methods to define user journeys and requirements.
- Familiarity with at least a couple of Test Automation frameworks or tools.
- Understanding of UI design best practices, programming concepts, web/mobile application architecture, and SaaS.
- Experience applying Design Thinking principles to product development.
- Ability to observe user behavior, gather feedback, and improve features.
- Strong skills in prioritization, strategic thinking, and roadmap planning.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear product functionalities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with experience in Agile/SCRUM processes.
Responsibilities:
- Write use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements with clear KPIs.
- Understand customer needs through research, feedback, and interactions, and represent their voice to internal teams.
- Track product metrics to measure feature usage and drive improvements.
- Prepare product documentation and in-product messaging for different user groups.
- Create educational content for various platforms.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Gather feedback from customer-facing teams to refine product ideas and requirements.
- Help plan and execute the product roadmap.
- Build prototypes and present them to key stakeholders.
- Represent the product in relevant industry events or conferences.
