Hiring for Lead Product - Retail (Unsecured Business Loan or SCF)

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Setup: Identifying and establishing Dealership, empanelment, management and monitoring.

2. Conceptualization of New schemes: Preparation of Product Notes, Presentations, liaising with partners, IT developments, implementation of products within desired timelines.

3. Achievement of Business Targets (Sales + Collections): Achievement of targets for inventory funding and any other Product that company may enter into - proper planning of targets for the month and year, publishing of relevant MISs, ensuring income and expenditure according to budget.

4. To manage the P&L of the product: Ensuring adherence to the budgeted ROA.

5. Regular Product Health check: Identifying the drivers and draggers for smooth and sustained Business growth.

6. To develop special products and programs: Based on market requirements in close co-ordination with Sales Team. This will be at Pan India level, with Regional flavours as required.

7. End to end co-ordination: Working with the teams, Credit Teams, Operation Teams, Product Teams for sourcing of leads, improvement of existing processes, disbursements, customer approvals, clearing of discrepancies.

8. To identify process gaps: Suggest new processes, process changes and enablers. To suggest best solution for businesses.
