About the Role:

As a Product Lead/Manager, you will own the architectural evolution, product execution, and strategic roadmap of our proprietary digital lending stacks. Your primary focus will be the end-to-end management of our Loan Origination System (LOS)-automating frictionless lead ingestion, DigiLocker/digital KYC, and automated credit underwriting rule engines-as well as our Loan Management System (LMS)-handling complex interest tracking, repayment scheduling, multi-channel disbursements, and digital collection platforms. You will serve as the absolute anchor bridging internal business stakeholders (Credit, Risk, Operations, Sales) with technical engineering teams to deploy highly scalable, responsive, and RBI-compliant features. Whether optimizing our instant-approval automated platforms, designing co-lending features, or building robust user journeys for vehicle and consumer finance, your work will directly drive retail portfolio growth and zero-delay transaction velocity.

Must-Have Skills:

- Domain Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience within the NBFC, Fintech, or Digital Banking ecosystem, with a deep understanding of Indian digital lending lifecycles.

- Lending Product Mastery: Strong track record building and configuring core lending stacks-specifically LOS (onboarding workflows, automated KYC, dedupe checks, CAM generation) and LMS (repayment engines, moratorium features, NPA/bounce tracking).

- Technical Product Ownership: Proven ability to translate complex credit policies and risk requirements into detailed, highly logical PRDs, BRDs, and user flow architectures.

- Regulatory Compliance: Solid foundational understanding of RBI digital lending guidelines (DLG), data localization, fair practice codes, and strict data masking/privacy norms for digital KYC.

- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in leveraging product analytics dashboards to track lifecycle metrics like drop-off rates, conversion funnels, portfolio yields, and underwriting approval accuracy.
