Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic product leader who will be responsible for Strategy, Roadmap, Design, Marketing and end to end delivery of the Yabx Financial Services platform. - Build an independent roadmap to create a robust platform supporting multiple products Instalment Loans, BNPL, Bullet Loans, Credit Line, Consumer Durable Loans, Merchant Cash Advance, Micro Credit, Micro Savings, Fixed Deposits etc - Create a Integrated Fintech platform offering LOS/LMS/Collections etc to offer a Single Window fintech platform to FIs - Modular Low Code PAAS product which can then be offered to as a Plug and Play system - Build digital Onboarding/KYC/CMS/Documentation and other allied modules to enhance the platform to support multiple lending workflows - Derive & achieve intuitive channel experiences for customers - BI & Segmentation layer - Marketing Engine to drive segmented customer reach out across channels - Real time Decisioning Engine - Create comprehensive documentation and Product collaterals - Support Compliance in multiple markets and build standard products which can be offered out of the Box. - Follow through launches meticulously, drive clear deadlines and faster closure - Track all deployments to ensure product is working as expected - Data driven & Hypothesis driven approach to creating features/ functionalities Responsibilities: Product Vision and Direction - Drive cross-functional teams around product vision - Build the TAM and target segments for the product and map the Product Roadmap to the business priorities - Support multiple credit products and lifecycles to support Business strategy Instalment Loans, BNPL, Bullet Loans, Credit Line, Consumer Durable Loans, Merchant Cash Advance, Micro Credit, Micro Savings, Fixed Deposits etc - Deeply involved in solution design of all components - Develop core LMS enhancements on Accounting, Product flexibilities, charging models and more. - Build additional components like LOS/KYC management/Document management etc to create an end to end Digital lending offering - Build a flexible and customer profile led Lifecycle Management system for customers - Build various accounting models to help offer multiple credit products on the platform - Scan and understand the financial guidelines in each of the markets we enter and build all market specific regulatory and operational requirements into the product - Interact with Business Analysts, Partners, Business teams to finalize solution - Coordinate with Testing team and partner systems to enable testing and delivery of developed features - Manage the multiple installations and Version control. Key Qualification & Skills: Functional: - 10-14 years of experience with 3 to 4 years' experience in working on building Lending Platforms/ Lending products - Additional Delivery experience or product development experience in Payments is preferred - Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results - Developing product documentation, user stories and other relevant material required. - Manage the Scrum and Product Delivery process. - Ability to create business cases and driving rationale for the product roadmap / Plan - Experience in working in nontraditional financial services space Behavioral: - An excellent team player to work with global matrix teams across time zones - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to present ideas/thoughts to wider teams and between various stakeholders - Persuasive - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to think strategically and also grounded enough to operationally discuss with on ground teams in building roadmaps/features
