Job Title: Product Lead - Credit Cards

Job Purpose:

The Product Lead - Credit Cards is responsible for launching, managing, and sustaining credit card products and propositions tailored for the Millennial Segment. This role requires expertise in project management, solution evaluation, and seamless implementation. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, drive profitability for the assigned products, and manage customer communication. Collaboration with various stakeholders and departments is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead implementation of new card solutions, propositions, and profitability measures.

- Identify segment needs and manage product offerings for the Millennial Segment through competition benchmarking and CVP interventions.

- Design go-to-market strategies and enable appropriate communication.

- Manage credit policy and underwriting processes for optimal customer selection.

- Facilitate seamless client onboarding and maintain internal ecosystem for business scale-up.

- Work with Analytics to create customer personas for customized acquisition messaging.

- Manage base operations including reward redemption, statements, and stationary.

- Oversee add-on, replacement, and upgrade processes for the segment.

- Own P&L for all products in the Millennial Segment.

- Lead, guide, and mentor product managers.

- Mentor and coach team members to instill customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.

- Support teams in driving projects, enhancements, and automation.

- Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude and communicate effectively.

- Evaluate business opportunities and structure team thinking for insightful outcomes.

- Manage multiple cross-functional projects and partner requirements in time-sensitive situations.

- Strong project management and implementation skills.

- Ability to analyze customer experience and identify gaps.

- Product evangelism and customer experience enhancement.

- Sales support and business plan achievement.

- Initiative and product development across the Millennial segment.
