Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product/Business Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in capital markets operations, trade lifecycle, and financial products. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to design, test, and enhance technology solutions used by leading global financial institutions.

Work Mode: Hybrid

Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon

What You'll Do:

- Drive product/feature development from concept to launch

- Brainstorm new product ideas and their value proposition for clients

- Translate business vision into documentation including product roadmaps and specifications

- Conduct domain deep-dives, requirement gathering, and business analysis

- Collaborate with engineers/architects to convert specifications into design and product builds

- Create detailed business test cases to support engineering and QA

- Continuously evaluate in-flight product features to ensure alignment with requirements

- Identify, track, and escalate risks/assumptions impacting product delivery

- Support competitor analysis and market research for product enhancement

What You'll Need:

- Experience in front, middle, and/or back-office operations

- Strong understanding of trade accounting, settlements, reconciliations, and fund accounting

- Working knowledge of fixed income products including bonds, amortization, loan settlements

- Exposure to derivatives and capital markets product lifecycle

- Experience collaborating with technology teams or working in a product/FinTech environment

- Strong analytical skills, documentation ability, and attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

- Mandatory experience in Python

- Bachelors degree required; postgraduate finance degree preferred
