About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Lead who will own the end-to-end product experience for our consumer-facing platform. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks deeply about the Indian consumer, obsesses over the smallest friction in a user journey, and has a track record of building products that millions of people actually use and come back to.
You will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and data analysts and work closely with business, marketing, and operations to ship product that drives measurable growth.
What You Will Own:Product Strategy & Roadmap:- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the B2C platform
- Translate business objectives into a prioritised product roadmap with clear outcomes and timelines
- Identify whitespace opportunities through user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and data
- Make sharp prioritisation calls what to build, what to defer, and what to kill
User Experience & Consumer Obsession:- Own the end-to-end consumer journey acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and referral
- Conduct regular user research, usability tests, and field visits to deeply understand consumer behaviour and pain points
- Champion the user inside the organisation push back on decisions that compromise the consumer experience
Execution & Delivery:- Write clear, detailed PRDs and user stories that engineering and design can execute without ambiguity
- Work in agile sprints manage the backlog, run grooming and planning sessions, unblock the team daily
- Set clear release criteria and own the go-to-market plan for every feature shipped
- Ensure product quality define acceptance criteria, oversee QA, and sign off on releases
Growth & Metrics:- Own key consumer metrics DAU/MAU, activation rate, D7/D30 retention, session depth, conversion funnel, and NPS
- Design and run A/B experiments to optimise flows, features, and messaging
- Use data to make decisions define dashboards, monitor performance, and act on signals quickly
- Work with growth and marketing teams to optimise acquisition funnels and lifecycle communication
Monetisation:- Identify and build monetisation levers subscriptions, upsell flows, premium features, and transactional revenue
- Balance revenue optimisation with user experience ensure monetisation does not erode trust or retention
- Analyse pricing experiments and willingness-to-pay signals to inform commercial decisions
Stakeholder Management:- Align product roadmap with leadership, business, marketing, operations, and technology stakeholders
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly and regularly to senior leadership
- Manage dependencies across teams and resolve conflicts with clarity and data
Who We Are Looking For:Experience:- 6 - 10 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a B2C consumer product role
- Demonstrated experience owning a consumer product at scale ideally 1 million+ MAUs
- Experience in one or more of the following domains preferred e-commerce, fintech, edtech, food tech, health tech, or consumer SaaS
- Track record of shipping impactful products not just features, but outcomes
Skills:- Sharp product thinking ability to identify the right problem before jumping to solutions
- Strong analytical skills comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Clevertap, or similar), and A/B testing frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication PRDs, roadmap decks, and leadership updates that are crisp and clear
- Deep understanding of mobile-first consumer behaviour in India
- UX sensibility you can give sharp design feedback and know what good looks like
- Familiarity with growth frameworks AARRR, jobs to be done, north star metric thinking
