Product Implementation Manager - US Healthcare

About the job:

We are seeking a Product Implementation & Development Manager with 7+ years of experience in product implementation, product development, and delivery within the US Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end product implementation and development initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver solutions.

- Manage product lifecycle, enhancements, integrations, and deployments.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and customer adoption.

- Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in Product Implementation, Product Development, or Product Management.

- Strong domain expertise in US Healthcare and/or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

- Experience managing product deployments, integrations, and client implementations.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
