Position Overview:

This mandate calls for a senior Product Head - Technology to lead the strategic evolution of Health Insurance platforms and products. You will translate regulatory frameworks, underwriting constructs, and customer journeys into scalable digital capabilities across core insurance systems. The challenge is balancing innovation with compliance in a tightly regulated environment. You will define roadmap priorities, govern solution architecture, and ensure seamless integration across policy administration systems, claims platforms, APIs, and partner ecosystems - all while building reusable, modular foundations for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the Health Insurance product technology roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy.

- Lead cross-functional requirement governance across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and distribution.

- Architect scalable solutions across Policy Administration Systems, claims engines, and API integrations.

- Establish product KPIs and drive data-led performance optimisation.

- Ensure regulatory compliance across filings, documentation, and product constructs.

- Influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across business and technology teams.

- Develop and mentor high-performing product and business analysis teams.

Education & Experience Requirements:

- Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters in Technology, Business, or related discipline preferred.

- Experience: 12+ years in technology product management / business analysis; 5+ years leading teams.

- Special: Demonstrated experience scaling Health Insurance platforms, regulatory exposure, and digital ecosystem integrations.
