Product Head - Structured Finance Group

This is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and owning the Structured Finance business with end-to-end accountability across products, P&L, and AUM.

The role demands deep expertise in structured debt, AIFs, fund management, and equity-linked products, along with strong strategic, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end ownership of Structured Finance products including Debt, Funds, and Equity-linked structures

- Full P&L responsibility and management of AUM ranging from 2,000 Cr to 10,000 Cr+

- Design and execute business strategy, product structuring, and go-to-market initiatives

- Drive business growth through innovative structures, partnerships, and investor engagement

- Build, mentor, and lead a central core team for Structured Finance

- Manage key stakeholders including regulators, banks, investors, HNIs, fund partners, and internal leadership

- Work closely with COO, CFO, and MD on strategic initiatives and business expansion

- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance

Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Structured Finance / Investment Products

- Prior experience with NBFCs, Banks, PE firms, Boutique Financial Institutions, or Family Offices

- Strong exposure to structured debt, AIFs, fund management, and equity-linked products

- Proven track record of building and scaling businesses with significant AUM ownership

- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build businesses from the ground up

Age preference: Up to 45 years
