Head Product - MSME

Experience: 15+ yrs

Job Location: Delhi

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / MBA or any other equivalent

Responsibilities:

- To build the strategy, roadmap, and execution of MSME lending segments-LAP, Loan Against Security, Loan Against Property, Equipment Loan, Supply Chain Finance etc.

- Lead the entire lifecycle of product development around this MSME product.

- Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive and implement product development and enhancements.

- Discover deep customer insights to identify, evaluate, scope, and launch compelling new features to find product market fit.

- Draw insights from experiments, data exploration, user feedback, and market research to inform project prioritization and feature design.

- Manage a team of Product owners / Product leads and drive the development milestones agreed.

- Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders such as Business, Risk, Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Vendors to define projects, and set strategies and milestones.

Qualifying Criteria:

- 15+ years of experience in product management with a demonstrated ability to lead technical teams.

- Prior experience in the MSME lending business is mandatory.
