Description:
The Product Head will be the strategic driver of the organizations product vision and monetization roadmap, focusing on scaling the rental apps ecosystem into a high-growth, revenue-generating vertical.
This is a pivotal role responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and optimizing innovative digital products that enhance user experience while driving sustainable business growth.
The incumbent will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch to scale with a clear focus on revenue ownership, monetization strategy, and category growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and own the long-term product strategy for all rental and revenue-driven applications, aligning with overall business goals.
- Conceptualize and build next-generation, scalable platforms that create strong user engagement and retention while generating new revenue streams.
- Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps that deliver measurable growth and profitability.
Monetization & Revenue Ownership:
- Lead the P&L for rental products, driving both topline and bottom-line targets.
- Identify and implement monetization models across subscription, advertising, transaction, and value-added services.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Business teams to design pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue.
Product Development & Execution:
- Oversee the full product lifecycle: strategy, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Ensure all products are highly scalable, usable, and differentiated with a focus on customer experience and commercial success.
- Use data-driven insights to refine features, improve conversion funnels, and drive repeat engagement.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, UX designers, and analysts.
- Work closely with the CPO and senior leadership to define success metrics, business cases, and execution timelines.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and results-driven delivery.
Market & User Insights:
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Partner with analytics teams to generate actionable insights that inform both strategic and tactical decisions.
Key Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a revenue-focused leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing apps, preferably in the rental, e-commerce, or marketplace ecosystem.
- Strong business acumen with hands-on P&L ownership experience.
- Demonstrated success in monetization strategy and driving growth through innovative product initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Technical fluency and comfort working in agile, data-led environments
