Product Head - Personal Loan

Position : Head - Product (Personal Loans)

A leading NBFC is looking to hire a dynamic professional to lead the Personal Loans product portfolio. The role will be responsible for driving product strategy, digital lending initiatives, portfolio growth, customer acquisition, profitability, and overall P&L management for the personal loan business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product management for Personal Loan products across salaried and self-employed customer segments.

- Drive product strategy, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and profitability.

- Design and launch innovative lending products and customer propositions.

- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Analytics, Sales, Technology, Operations, and Collections teams.

- Develop digital customer journeys and improve conversion and customer experience.

- Monitor portfolio performance including disbursement trends, delinquency, pricing, and profitability metrics.

- Build partnerships with fintechs, digital platforms, DSAs, and ecosystem partners to drive scale.

- Use customer insights and analytics to improve product offerings and market penetration.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal governance standards.

- Drive automation and digitization initiatives across the lending lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate :

- 12-18 years of experience in Product Management within NBFCs, Banks, or Fintechs.

- Strong experience in Personal Loans / Consumer Lending products.

- Proven track record in scaling retail lending portfolios and managing P&L.

- Strong understanding of underwriting, digital lending, customer acquisition, and portfolio analytics.

- Experience in fintech partnerships, embedded finance, or digital lending ecosystems will be preferred.
