Role Overview:

The Product Head - Mutual Funds will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of mutual fund products and propositions across investment, and digital wealth platforms. This senior leadership position owns strategy, product planning, execution, distribution enablement, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to drive market share, AUM growth and customer satisfaction.

Ideal expectations from candidate profile for this role:

- 8-15+ years of experience in mutual fund product management, investment products, wealth/fintech broking platforms, or asset management.

- Deep understanding of mutual fund products, AMCs, distribution channels, SEBI/AMFI regulations, and investment ecosystem.

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and commercial acumen.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

- Experience in digital product management (web/app platforms for SIPs, portfolios, transactions).

- Successful track record driving AUM/business growth and product adoption.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
