Product Head - Lending - Banking/Financial Services

About the Role:

A leading financial services company is seeking a Product Head to own product strategy, portfolio development and customer experience. The role will drive product innovation, improve customer journeys and strengthen commercial outcomes in partnership with Sales, Marketing and senior business leadership. The position requires strong business acumen, product expertise and the ability to identify growth opportunities across the lending business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product strategy and portfolio development, identifying opportunities to strengthen customer propositions and product performance.

- Drive product innovation aligned with business objectives, customer needs and market trends.

- Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate product strategy into business growth initiatives.

- Evaluate and improve customer journeys, product processes, systems and propositions.

- Build and manage strategic stakeholder relationships to identify business opportunities and drive initiatives.

- Use market, customer and portfolio insights to improve product performance and support business growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10 - 19 years of experience across product management, product strategy, business, sales or retail finance.

- Relevant experience in financial services, consumer lending, retail finance or non-banking financial companies.

- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with an understanding of products, portfolios and customer journeys.

- Ability to work across Sales, Marketing and senior business stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to work onsite at Manesar, Haryana; candidates open to relocation may apply.
