
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging industry trends.
- Develop product vision, business cases, and growth strategies.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, commercial value, and technical feasibility.
Product Development & Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and optimization.
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data, and business teams to deliver product enhancements.
- Manage product backlogs and sprint priorities in Agile environments.
Insurance Product Management:
- Work with underwriting, actuarial, claims, and compliance teams to design and enhance insurance offerings.
- Evaluate pricing, coverage structures, policy features, and customer benefits.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
- Support product filings, approvals, and launch readiness activities where applicable.
Customer Experience & Digital Transformation:
- Analyze customer journeys to improve acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and claims experiences.
- Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market research to drive product improvements.
- Define and monitor customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
- Champion customer-centric product design and innovation.
Data & Performance Management:
- Track product KPIs including adoption, retention, conversion, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
- Build business cases and measure ROI of product initiatives.
- Present product performance updates to senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with sales, distribution, operations, marketing, compliance, and technology teams.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes across the organization.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful product delivery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 1216 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Development.
- Prior experience within life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, insurtech, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
