Job Title: Product Head

Location: Gurugram


Note: Must have experience in dealing with luxury products


Job Summary:


We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and data-driven Product Head to lead the Home category. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle from category strategy, product development, and assortment planning to pricing, merchandising, and performance analysis.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across design, sourcing, marketing, tech, and operations to scale the category and deliver an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Category Strategy & Planning:


- Define the short- and long-term roadmap for the Home category aligned with business goals

- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities
- Build a strong and differentiated product portfolio across key sub-categories (e.g., furniture, decor, kitchenware, etc.)


Product Development & Curation:


- Work closely with design and sourcing teams to develop products that align with brand positioning and customer needs

- Oversee assortment planning, pricing, and range rationalization to maximize GMV and margin


Business & Performance Management:


- Own P&L responsibility for the Home category

- Track KPIs such as sales, margin, inventory turnover, and sell-through rates to optimize category performance

- Drive demand forecasting and inventory planning in collaboration with the supply chain team


Cross-functional Leadership:


- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to drive product visibility and storytelling

- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely availability and fulfillment

- Work with technology/product teams to enhance category UX on digital platforms


Customer & Market Insights:


- Leverage data, feedback, and trends to constantly refine offerings

- Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and market analysis


Qualifications & Skills:


- 3-8 years of experience in category/product management, preferably in the Home & Living, furniture, consumer goods, or e-commerce sectors


- Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership

- Experience in both product development and merchandise planning

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

- Creative thinker with an eye for design and trends

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
