Product Head - FinTech

Role Overview:

Lead the vision, growth, and execution of a global Fintech product portfolio. This role owns strategy, platform transformation, delivery, and commercial success while building large, high-impact engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the long-term roadmap for enterprise-grade Fintech platforms.

- Transform legacy systems into AI-driven, cloud-native, SaaS financial solutions.

- Build and scale digital finance products across wallets, payments, credit, and marketplace ecosystems.

- Own end-to-end product delivery with a focus on security, compliance, scale, and customer outcomes.

- Partner with sales teams on presales, solution design, and market expansion.

- Lead and grow large global product engineering and support organizations.

- Drive revenue, margins, and profitability for the Fintech business.

- Manage senior client relationships across international markets.

Required Profile:

- 20+ years in technology leadership, product engineering, or platform delivery.

- Deep fintech or digital banking experience, including architecture and solution design.

- Proven leadership of large global teams (500+).

- Strong client-facing experience in Europe and North America.

- Track record of owning P&L and scaling fintech businesses.

Technical & Domain Skills:

- Expertise in cloud-native, microservices-based enterprise platforms.

- Hands-on exposure to modern tech stacks, DevSecOps, and Agile delivery.

- Experience building SaaS platforms with AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
