Role & Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee the overarching product strategy for the digital lending portfolio through partnership-led, consumer, and SME lending channels.
- Own the whole product life cycle, including post-launch testing, design, development, research, and idealization.
- Optimization-with an emphasis on online lending options.
- Construct and expand a lending architecture that is prepared for the future by integrating credit and risk, utilizing real-time decision-making, and utilizing modern data analytics.
- Oversee the API strategy to enable smooth interaction with other parties such as technology suppliers, credit bureaus, aggregators, fintechs, and NBFCs.
- Create and expand a robust partner ecosystem while guaranteeing compliance, scalability, and agility in all integration and go-to-market strategies.
- Make sure all digital lending products follow the rules of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance set forth by the RBI and other pertinent organizations.
- Work closely with internal teams like credit, risk, legal, compliance, engineering, and user experience and analytical to promote excellence in product delivery.
- Encourage a culture of creativity, experimentation, and ongoing improvement in your products.
- Assist executive leadership with strategic planning by offering advice and insights on new developments in the market and digital lending trends.
- Oversee a group of product managers and improve performance by providing effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
