
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and own the product vision & strategy aligned with the Company's mission and growth targets.
2. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback to identify opportunities, gaps, and trends in food & food- commerce space.
3. Develop product roadmaps with short- term and long- term priorities.
4. Oversee end- to- end product development: requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing, launch, and iteration.
5. Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
6. Collaborate with engineering / tech teams to define MVPs, scope features, and plan sprints.
7. Deeply understand customer behavior, pain points, and use data & insights to drive product decisions.
8. Build intuitive, engaging user experiences (both online and offline if relevant), ensuring seamless interfaces, efficient workflows, and delightful touchpoints.
9. Work closely with operations, supply chain, procurement, marketing, finance, legal for product launches, inventory, logistics etc.
