Role Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Product to lead product innovation and commercialization strategy globally. This leader will drive the product roadmap across crop protection, biologicals, digital agtech, and new revenue streams-with a strong focus on commercial performance, pricing strategy, and global scalability. The ideal candidate is both strategic and analytical, able to align product development with business objectives, market dynamics, and regional opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the global product strategy, aligning it with revenue growth targets and sustainable agriculture mission.
- Lead commercialization of new and existing products, including pricing, bundling, go-to-market strategy, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to align product vision with market execution.
- Develop and maintain a data-driven product portfolio strategy across geographies, ensuring profitability, scalability, and competitive differentiation.
- Partner with digital and technology teams to integrate data and innovation into physical product offerings and services.
- Use market intelligence and global trends to identify growth opportunities across developed and emerging markets.
- Present product and portfolio performance, forecasts, and growth plans to the executive leadership team.
- Build and lead a high-performing global product management team.
Key Requirements
- 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior product or commercial leadership roles.
- Strong background in commercial product management, pricing strategy, and international go-to-market execution.
- Proven success in B2B, agri-inputs, or industrial/chemical sectors (preferred).
- Deep understanding of financial metrics (P&L, gross margin, LTV/CAC) and commercial decision-making.
- Experience managing global product portfolios with regional customization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent collaboration skills across business, technical, and field teams.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent in Business, Strategy, Agribusiness, or Technology.
Prior experience working with global markets (LATAM, NA, EMEA, APAC).
Familiarity with agricultural products, sustainable farming, or digital agri-solutions is a strong plus.
