Product Head - Business Loan

A leading NBFC is looking to hire a seasoned professional to lead the Unsecured Business Loans product portfolio. The role will be responsible for driving product strategy, portfolio growth, profitability, digital transformation, and market expansion for SME/MSME lending products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end product management for unsecured business loan products.

- Drive product strategy, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and P&L management.

- Design and launch innovative lending products for MSME/SME customers.

- Work closely with credit, risk, analytics, sales, technology, operations, and partnerships teams.

- Build digital lending journeys and improve customer experience.

- Monitor portfolio performance, pricing, delinquency trends, and profitability.

- Identify new market opportunities, fintech partnerships, and distribution channels.

- Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence across product lifecycle.

- Drive data-led decision making using customer and portfolio analytics.

Ideal Candidate:

- 12 - 18 years of experience in product management within NBFCs, Banks, or Fintechs.

- Strong experience in unsecured business loans / MSME lending products.

- Proven track record in scaling lending portfolios and managing P&L.

- Strong understanding of credit, underwriting, risk, digital lending, and analytics.

- Experience in launching digital or embedded finance products will be preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Background:

- Candidates from leading NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech platforms with strong exposure to SME/MSME lending products will be preferred.
